“My grandmother used to tell me her secret ingredient was love.  I figured that was her way of telling me not to worry about the recipe and just make sure there were no leftovers.”  Inspired by these words, years later Danielle discovered her own form of expression through cooking.  She began to understand the true meaning of these words, as she poured passion and love into every meal, and worked tirelessly to perfection.  She enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America: The World’s Premier Culinary College, studying with some of the world’s greatest culinary chefs.

Danielle held both the positions of sous chef at Joseph’s Steakhouse in Hyde Park, as well as executive chef at a food and wine bar in Poughkeepsie.  Shortly thereafter, Danielle relocated to New York City, working for two years at the Michelin Star Lincoln Ristorante.

Bringing knowledge and experience to the family who doesn’t have the time to prepare their own meals is what truly drives her.  Danielle's ability to individualize and cater to each and every food preference is second to none, and the love contained within each bite rings true to her grandmother’s words.  Experience it for yourself.
